How We Charge
No hidden fees. No surprises.
Seller listings are typically structured as a percentage of the final sale price, paid only at closing. Buyer representation is generally paid by the listing side, so you get dedicated advocacy without an out-of-pocket retainer.
Every engagement begins with a clear written agreement that spells out scope, fees and responsibilities. We do not believe in handshake deals when vessels and relationships are on the line.
